USS FULTON 2008 REUNION DETAILS & RESERVATION FORM

    
Reunion Dates are 22-26 September 2008
At Boulder Station Hotel & Casino, 4111 Boulder Highway, Las Vegas NV 89121

Room rates are $59 + taxes per night Sun-Thurs; $99 + taxes Fri & Sat.
(mention USS FULTON REUNION).  Hotel room check-in after 3PM. Checkout before noon on day of departure.

All Attendees Early arrival (4days) & Late departure (4days) rates same as above.

Transportation from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Airport (to be determined)
	
Reunion Fees: $200 single,  $400 per couple.  Reunion Fees cover the following:

	Reunion Check - in after 12 PM (1200) until 6 PM (1800)  75 rooms double occupancy
	(2 long rectangular tables with skirts within view of Hotel Registration)
	Early bird activities - on your own.  An opportunity to take in a show on the strip if you choose
	All meals on own 
	Meeting Room (Chardonnay) Open after 1500 until 2300
         Hospitality Room (Suite 1610) Open after 1500 until 2300.

	(Hotel to Nellis AFB Chapel for Memorial Service, Return to Boulder Station for Lunch at Feast Buffet,

	Lunch - Tickets to Boulder Station Feast Buffet

	Auction  1900-2200 (Chardonnay)
	Hospitality Room open after Auction until 2300.

Thursday (25 Sep 08)
	Boulder  Buffet Breakfast #1 (0700-0900) (Railhead)  (as above) 
	Meeting & Hospitality Rooms Open after breakfast until 1100	
	Lunch - Tickets to Boulder Station Feast Buffet
	General Meeting 1300- 1500 (Chardonnay)
        Seating for at least 100 people. Podium with loud speaker.  Overhead projector and screen.
	Hospitality Room open for Spouses during the General Meeting 
        (Separate activity for Spouses- to be determined)
		
	1600 Photographs by couples or single for use in Memory Book (near entrance to Banquet Dinner Room - Railhead). 

        Photography during Banquet for various groups and candid shots - all for use in the Memory Book and/or . 

	1830 Banquet Served Dinner (Semi-formal Attire)  Cash Bar (Railhead)

	Salmon _____ Roast Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus _____ Vegetarian Option _____

        seasonal fresh fruit platter, yogurts, asst Danish, Muffins & Croissants, Bagels with Cream Cheese, 

        French Toast served with warm syrup, cold cereals, coffee, Decaf coffee, hot tea, iced tea, fruit juices,

        milk, butter, jams, jellies and all appropriate condiments)


	Hotel Check-out: before 1200 (noon) unless staying over.
	Transportation to Airport
	Late departure (4days) rates same as above
